guest access AND FACILITIES

There is private parking to the front of the house for up to 6 cars with additional parking on the road. You can store bikes, canoes and fishing gear in our rear courtyard, with side access to the adjacent road. There is a large bathroom/wet room as part of the Guest Suite, accessible from the garden which is great for washing and/or drying those boots/clothes/tackle after a day out walking, cycling, fishing or canoeing. A clothes airer is provided for this purpose. A washing machine is also available for guest use.
We have a large garden which you are free to use throughout your stay, with outdoor lighting and seating along with a fire pit and bbq.
We welcome well behaved and friendly dogs. We do not allow dogs on the furniture, especially the bed! Dog bowls and treats are provided, along with towels for muddy paws!
Whilst we currently offer no cooking facilities, you are welcome to make use of the dining room and guest lounge for breakfasts/take-away food and a microwave, toaster, crockery etc is provided. There is a fridge solely for your use located in the Lloyd Suite (Guest Suite) on the ground floor.
A travel cot and high chair are also available.
This is our home and during your stay feel free to ask us if you need anything, or contact us by text if we are not around. We want people to feel at home during their stay, but equally happy for you to have your privacy respected. We have used Airbnb all over the world and have often enjoyed the interaction with our hosts. We hope your experience will be similar.

THE MONMOUTH SUITE
The Monmouth Suite is on the 1st floor, offering a king-size four poster bed, comfy sofa and Smart TV. The spacious en-suite bathroom has a roll-top bath with mixer shower attachment. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided along with toiletries.
You also have use of a guest’s lounge and dining-room on the ground floor with a fridge and access to a washing machine. Alongside the lounge is a bathroom with separate shower/wet area and a toilet.
Although accessed through the house, all rooms are really quite private.
THE MAGNOLIA ROOM
The Magnolia Room is on the 1st floor, offering a double bed, separate single bed, comfy chair and Smart TV with an en-suite shower room with macerator toilet. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided along with toiletries.
You also have use of a guest’s lounge and dining-room on the ground floor with a fridge and access to a washing machine. Alongside the lounge is a bathroom with separate shower/wet area and a toilet.
Although accessed through the house, all rooms are really quite private.
THE DOWARD ROOM
The Doward Room is on the 1st floor, offering a super king-size bed which can alternatively be set up as twin beds, with comfy chair and Smart TV. There is a private en-suite shower room with macerator toilet. Tea & coffee making facilities are provided along with toiletries.
You also have use of a guest’s lounge and dining-room on the ground floor with a fridge and access to a washing machine. Alongside the lounge is a bathroom with separate shower/wet area and a toilet.
